Link of the very special Day... - Crechemania

I thought about the perfect link for today and so I want to share one of my favorite websites. Crechemania is treasure chest for paper crèches. And they have a lot of free downloads. Don't hesitate to register. They don't bother you with mails. I know it, because I'm registered since years. You can also click on the picture to go directly to the site, where you can find this motive.
Today it was raining in Berlin and then it was freezing. So we have ice on our highways. I hope, all people will arrive at home savely. 40cm new snow are forcasted for today. We will have White Christmas, even if they are mistaken, because the rain didn't melt all the old snow. In the next days, I'll not work at my laptop, because I'm dreaming of lazy days with my husband and the cats. The last days of the year are always important to me and I like them as quiet as possible.

And now I wish you MERRY CHRISTMAS with all of my heart. Have a wonderful time and may you find all itsybitsytinydinky minis under the tree.
(I hate this special noise, my vacuum cleaner makes, when....)

Link of the Day - Popcorn Box from Shy Socialites

I just found a printie for a popcorn box. Perhaps you like it too. If you have a miniature Christmas Market, you have to sell popcorn and candyfloss and gingerbread and ....... STOP! My sweet tooth is acting wild.

Sneak a Peek

Okay, even if Heinrike sees this wand - it doesn't matter. Her wand and the box are looking completely different and I think it's not such a big surprise, that she'll get one. It's basic equipment for a serious witch.
What a pity, that I don't know, what kind of wood this is. It's very brittle and difficult to handle, but I like it a lot. The texture is perfect for miniatures. Again I forgot to show a penny in the picture - the length of the wand is 3cm.

Do you know.....

Today, we had our monthly Minihexen-Meeting and decided, we all would like to make this plant at one of our next meetings:

It's a Medinilla. Does anybody know a tutorial for this plant and where we could find it??????
Unfortunately I can't show you, what I made today, because it's a christmas present for Heinrike. And she is visiting my blog, so you have to wait till she has opened her gift. I just can tell, that it's something for a witch or a wizzard. Heinrike had it on her wish list and because I didn't read her mail properly, I thought she wanted it in quarter scale (that's what I usually make for her...). So I made the presents in 1:24 and when I wrote her, that I'm working on it, she told me, that she need them in half scale!!!! And I had just finished all the minis for her - arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh! Stupid me! That happens, when you are not concentrated and two cats are walking over the keyboard (100x per day - minimum!). So I made a fresh start. And I hope, I can make everything ready in time.
HAVE A WONDERFUL SUNDAY!
