To satisfy Carols Curiosity...

I wrote Carol, that I'm working at my Good Luck Cubes, and she was curious about the graphics....So, dear Carol - here they are.
I hope, you all like them. I think, they will be a nice present - not only for miniaturists.
Shall I put them into my shop?

If you have time - go to Carols blog and shop. She celebrates the first year with a special discount for her beautiful glitter house kits.

New Cubes - Paris Theme

I'm a bit unhappy with the photos..... These cubes are really pink and some pictures have a white background. They are not distressed.
 These are rose...

.... and these have a light green.
What do you think - shall I distress the pink ones too??????????????

Making Tin Signs

I thought, I'd love to have some tin signs for my garage and the dairy compartment of my new designed stand for the KDF. So I make tin signs (since 2 weeks...). They are made of metal and paper. The edge is hammerd on a jewelers anvil, so it's curved. It was so much fun to look for nice designs, that I couldn't stop.
I hope, they'll sell good, because I have so much more designs, I'd love to adapt.

I made some shabby cubes for my Home Accessoires Shop. Again I forgot the Cent in the picture, but they are 7mm wide. I will sell 4 sets of 3 cubes in London. They are ALL different. No picture comes twice. Perhaps I'll make some cubes for children and for christmas. What do you think?Have a wonderful day

Small table in front of the window

The window is now illuminated with an long LED stripe that goes circular round the window at the backside.I made the orchid years ago and I think I can do better now, but it's the first flower I made, so she'll stay, till I make time to do a better one (perhaps never, because there are so many other things I'd love to try...).

Carpets

These are the carpets of my Home Accessoires Shop. Because I wanted the impression of a large shop, I placed half a carpet at the front. So I always imagine a huge store with all the things I love...
This roombox will be placed in a shelve, but I put it in the balcony to have a view from the top. That's why you can see parts of a flower pot and my wooden bench...

Door Arch

That's the arch I wanted to accomplish for years...... Now it HAS to be done! Sometimes I make a scene and something isn't ready. Do I have company with this problem?I don't mean an UFO that's waiting for years in a dark corner. My shop was nearly complete. Just a few little things nobody would see and this arch. Here I really can't say, that nobody would notice. What a shame!

Tulips from Rita

These are tulips from my friend Rita. Because I don't have my "For the Birds Shop" yet, they belong to home accessories for now. They are so beautiful, I didn't want to have them in a drawer. Thanks again, Rita!Have a wonderful day

Herb Containers

Here you can see all the other herb containers I made. I put them into the shop right now. I love the ones with the frog on the top.
They are between 1,1 ans 2 cm high.
I think, here you can see the frog quite well:
The black ones with the golden tops are perfect for a Harry Potter scene or a wealthy wizzard:
The labels has mold stains - I hope they'll be stored in drier surroundings now. They are in english, german or latin.
I filled them with different types and amounts of "herbs". The ones with the Dragon Teeth are empty - sorry for this, but you have to hunt a mini dragon for yourself and pull his teeth. I can't do this.... the poor one.
I hope you like them.

HELP

For weeks I'm thinking about going to Etsy as seller. Now I need your help.
Because of the limited space for the shop name, I can't use AndreaThieckMiniatures. Heck!
Do you have suggestions?
I'd like AT-Miniatures, but I cant use the "-" so it'd be ATMiniatures. Not so good. You see the ATM and then iniatures. Please, please help me find a name.

My Shabby Chic Perfumery and Interior Design Shop

If you're a regular visitor of my blog, you know, that I neglected my own miniatures for almost 2 years, because of making minis for the shows. That's my Interior Accessoire Shop. On the left side, you can see the tumbled down shelf...
... and on the right side of the shop the lamp, that was too tired to hang on the ceiling anymore and had to sit down.... WHAT A MESS! The whole light wasn't working any more, but anyway I wanted to install  LED - so that's not too bad.
And that's the location of the shop. It's build in a bookshelf in our very long corridor. Behind it are the gaspipes, so it has a very individual shape as you can see...
I hope, I can show you more soon.
