In December, before I started with the toys, I painted the vases Rainer (Heinrikes husband) made for me. I sent him sizes and shapes I wanted a year ago and he made the glassware. They are perfect for my cabinet on the left side of my Bay Window. Hope you like it.Have a wonderful day

Brick Train
I found an old brick train, unfortunately without the engine, but I had a picture from another toy train and so I made this version. The waggons are hooked together, so it can be shortened if too large for the scene.

Toys - this time for me
Do you remember the tin bathrooms from the Thirties to the Fifties? I had one as a child and I loved to play with it on the balcony during the summer. You could fill water in a tank on the back and the faucet was working. What a wet joy! I'l keep this bathromm for myself, because it took so manymanymany hours and it would be very expensive.Have a wonderful day

Toys for J. - 1
I had to make a little break with the Bay Window Room, because I was asked to make some toys. So I worked on them the last 10 days. I wanted to make toys anyway, so it's no problem, if J. doesn't like them. I made only toys I'd like to have myself. I'll take the miniatures she doesn't want to the show in Apeldoorn and everything I don't sell I'll keep, because I need a lot of toys for the planned playroom. The next days you'll see more of them. Of course you can send me a mail, if you're interested in one of them.Have a wonderful day

Workshop in Aapeldoorn
I offer a workshop at the Dolls House Nederlande Show in April. Unfortunately it is announced as a workshop for making a crystal ball, BUT it's a workshop where I show a very easy way to work with SMD (the extremly tiny version of LED). I explain the importance of pre resistors and how to install the SMD without soldering. If you ever had problems with the electricity you can dump your anxiety during this workshop. And you can learn how to work with this fantastic opportunity for us miniaturist, that SMD provides. The prize is 65 Euro. This includes all the materials for the illuminated "Crystal" Ball Stand incl. transformer, tea, coffee and lunch.
I also show you how to age metall and if you have a small project, where you need help with the illumination - bring it along.
I hope to see a lot of you in Aapeldorn - and I'd be happy, if you'd participate. I'm sure, we'll have a lot of fun. If you're interested, just send a mail.

Bookshelves
This is one of the many usefull things you can do with Lego bricks. I had to decide how many shelves I put in and to fix the distance evenly. Now I have to apply the woodstain after doing the whole sanding and wetting jobagain you know from the work on my floor. And then I have to fix the light. Stay tuned andhave a wonderful day
