What do you prefer?


Something sweet or a little bit of raw milk cheese after a delicate meal?
I know, I'd like to have both.
I'm now working on butter with an impression of a cow. I prefer cheese with butter and fresh baguette - oh my - I'm getting hungry...
The cakestands are from Rainer Stadler and Phil Grenyer. Phil will also be at the KDF in London.

    Hmmm, but the troeble is:
    I don't know what to choose: the tarts, the the cakes ?
    Or the different kinds of cheese ?
