    Hi Monique,
    thank's a lot! Perhaps you'll have the chance to meet the cheese and me at Arnheim next year... I was invited to exhibit - so I'm considering whether I'll have the time. And because I always wanted to see Amsterdam the odds are in our favour.

    That would be great and Amsterdam is fantastic I think! I'm not sure I'll be able to go to Arnhem, but if I will and you'll be there I would love to meet you and your cheeses ;) (and all the other great things you make!
