Conservatory Floor

I have to confess, that these are old pictures from last year. When Tulipe died last summer, I wasn't in the mood to make miniatures, but the "stupid" work to make hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds (I think you know, what I mean) little spots was just the best thing to do, to distract myself. And in this state of mind I forgot to make a post for you. And then I forgot, that I forgot.... but never now than never:)
I always loved terrazzo floors. So I decided to make one for my conservatory. It'll get scratches (from the door) and circles (from flowerpots). I hope, I won't forget to post that!
Have a wonderful Sunday

  1. Gorgeous paint effect Andrea. I can see that took a lot of (tedious) work, but well worth it.

And when I took the picture, the floor was only half ready....:)
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy 2016

  3. This must have been a monotonous work, Andrea, but the result is really awesome, the floor looks beautiful :)!

  4. That is a beautiful floor Andrea, I love it! I think terrazzo floors are great too, and it fits very well in a conservatory. I'll be looking forward to the scratches and flowerpotmarks :D. I am very sorry though about your cat, I had missed about that, but I looked it up to know who Tulipe was. That must have been a real loss. I wish you a very merry Christmas and a wonderful 2016!!
