The Riddle - Day 5

Now I think, you get a good chance to tell me what I like to hear - or better - write me what I like to read:))
What do we have till now:
It's a doll with a blue and white striped dress. So far so good...
but -
what is it, that makes her so special that collectors all over the world, would be happy to have her?

    Hallo Andrea! I think it is a doll dressed, like I described in my previous comments, but I think it is a doll made by Catherine Munière? Is it that what makes her so special.....??
    If so.....WOW, that's special indeed :D!!
